Questions
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay on your account while it's open.
- Can my branches use them?
- Yes. A head office can give credits to its branches from the Dashboard and take unused ones back.
- What if a family doesn't finish?
- Delete the tribute before the video is made and the credit comes back automatically.
- Do I get a tax invoice?
- Yes. Stripe emails a tax invoice with our ABN after each purchase. Any GST is shown at checkout before you pay.
- How can I pay?
- By card, through Stripe's secure checkout.
No subscription. Credits are bought by funeral homes with a free account. Create an account or try the demo first.
